Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

• Must be a resident of Utah and property located in the counties of either Davis, Weber, Salt Lake, or Utah.
• Must own the property submitted.
• Roof must have been replaced within the last 10 years.

2. Entry Requirements

• Submit a picture of current gutter issues via the entry form.
• Provide accurate contact information.

3. Selection Process

• Winner selected based on the urgency of gutter replacement.
• Ace Gutter staff will evaluate each submission.

4. Prize

• Free gutter system covering up to 300 linear feet of 5K Style Rain Gutters in Aluminum. If any materials besides aluminum are desired, customer will pay the difference.
• Additional costs beyond 300 linear feet are the homeowner's responsibility.
• Winner agrees to have before-and-after photos used in Ace Gutter marketing materials.
• *10% off discount for contest entrants: Maximum discount available is $1,000, applicable only for jobs up to $10,000. Offer valid exclusively for new retail clients. This promotion applies to bids accepted from July 16, 2024 to  to August 9th, 2024 and is valid only on new installations, replacements, or repairs for 5-inch K-style or 6-inch K-style systems.

5. Data Privacy

• Personal information will not be shared or sold.
• Entrants consent to receive communication from Ace Gutter.

6. No Purchase Necessary

• No purchase required to enter or win.
• Any requests for purchase linked to this contest are fraudulent.

7. Notification

• Winners will not be notified via social media direct messages.
• Official communication will be through email, text, or phone calls.

8. Liability

• Ace Gutter Inc. is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the giveaway.
• The company assumes no liability for any technical issues, delays, or errors that may arise during the entry process.
• By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Ace Gutter Inc. from any claims or liabilities arising from their participation or acceptance/use of the prize.

9. Modification and Termination

• If we don't receive enough contest entries, we reserve the right to extend the contest for another 30 days until September 9th, 2024. This ensures everyone has a fair chance to participate and win.
• Ace Gutter Inc. reserves the right to modify or terminate the giveaway at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Any changes to the terms will be posted on the official website and will take effect immediately.
