All installation agreements and/or change requests must be received by ACE in writing. 50% inital investment will be required before work can be scheduled. Final payment is due upon completion of work. Any dispute related to this invoice must be made within 7 days of receipt. Client agrees that ACE's liability for its work shall be limited to the amount of the invoice. Client agrees that any payment not received within ten(10) days of completion shall accrue interest at 2% per month (24% per annum) from the date of completion, and ACE shall be authorized to file a lien. Payment in full is due regardless of whether any additional and/or warranty work is requested. In the event an unpaid account is submitted for collection, Client shall be responsible for all collection costs, lien fees, and attorneys' fees. When providing services to closely held corporations, partnerships, or limited liability companies, the shareholders, partners, and members agree to guarantee payment should the entity fail to pay its obligations.
